As a photographer, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to shoot photos for Geoff and Lori's wedding in Auckland City.
From the moment I flew up from Christchurch the day before, I knew I was in for a special experience.
On the day of the wedding, I arrived early to the Park Hyatt Auckland to capture the bride and her bridesmaids getting ready. After the ceremony at the St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, we ventured out to the Little Shoal Bay Reserve. This beautiful reserve provided the perfect backdrop with its stunning harbour bridge view.
After basking in the beauty of the Little Shoal Bay Reserve, we proceeded to Cornwell Park for a few more photos. This urban oasis was filled with lush greenery, historical monuments and plenty of places to explore. The perfect spot for a wedding photoshoot!
Finally, we made our way to the Cornwall Park Bistro for the reception. This was a beautiful venue to cap off a great day of shooting. From the bride and groom's first dance to the speeches, I was able to capture every moment of the day.
Overall, shooting photos for Geoff and Lori's wedding in Auckland City was a wonderful experience. I was able to shoot in some of the city's most beautiful venues, and the bride and groom were a joy to work with. Now looking back at the photos, I'm reminded of the wonderful day I spent in Auckland City.
